3. Liability Cap

In no event shall Arcade Axis's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (100 USD), whichever is greater.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, government actions, internet failures, or other force majeure events.

5. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arcade Axis regarding use of our services.

6. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms without restriction.
